    PROCESSING TIMES

    Orders are processed and dispatched within two business days of purchase. During sales events or product launches, processing may take a bit longer.

    Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t receive this, please check that your payment was successfully completed.

    Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, we’ll send an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive this, please contact us at hello@posee.com.au.

    All orders are packaged with care at our Sunshine Coast, Australia location.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    Domestic (Australia):

    • Standard Post: Free shipping
    • Express Post: $10 flat rate

    DELIVERY TIMES

    Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement by emailing hello@posee.com.au. After this window or once order preparation begins, cancellations are not possible. If your cancellation is successful, we’ll send a confirmation.

    EXCHANGES

    We don’t offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, please reach out to hello@posee.com.au for assistance. Our team is here to help you resolve any issues promptly.
